Google advertising and your choices
When Google advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons and process your IP address or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where consent permits, personalise advertising. Our default advertising storage and personalisation settings are denied until appropriate consent signals are received. A consent message may offer additional choices depending on your location.

We do not provide account emails, saved calculation amounts or contact messages to advertising systems. Ad code is excluded from sign-in, registration, account dashboards, contact forms, directory pages and error pages.
Financial calculations
Calculator values are processed in your browser. If you choose Save to account after verifying your email, your selected inputs, results, date assumptions and a timestamp are stored privately in Firestore under your account. You can view, download and delete those copies in My account. Admin and investor dashboards cannot read another user’s saved calculations. Unsaved inputs disappear on reset or page reload. Shared links include only selected scenario settings such as rate and term, never salary or balances. Anyone receiving a link can see its included parameters.
Accounts and contact messages
Firebase Authentication manages email/password and Google sign-in. We do not store passwords in Firestore. Your profile contains your name, email and creation time. Access roles are assigned separately and cannot be chosen at registration. The verified owner can administer roles; investors see aggregate activity only. Contact messages contain your chosen name, reply email, category, message, consent, timestamp and handling status, and are available only to admins. Contact submissions do not automatically send email. Firebase Authentication and Google sign-in are Google-operated services; the Firestore database is in South Africa (africa-south1). Use the contact form for deletion or correction requests. The operator should review contact messages and remove resolved requests when no longer needed, normally within 90 days of resolution. This is a manual retention policy.
Hosting and technical information
Google Firebase Hosting delivers the website. Google-operated hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, request paths, device information and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Google services may process information outside South Africa even though this site’s Firestore database is in South Africa. See the Google privacy links on this page for provider information.
Newsletter updates
If you choose to register for newsletter updates, we save your email address, explicit consent, selected newsletter topics, source page, consent-policy version and server timestamp in our Google Cloud Firestore database in South Africa (africa-south1). Public visitors cannot read the subscriber list or change saved requests. Newsletter consent is separate from analytics. Requests are stored as unconfirmed; Resend email delivery is not active yet, and the form does not send a confirmation email. Before sending starts, we will provide confirmation and unsubscribe controls. The operator should review unconfirmed requests and remove them when no longer needed, including requests not activated within 90 days. This is an administrative retention policy, not an automatic deletion process.
Optional analytics
Optional usage analytics begin only if you allow them in Privacy choices. Firestore stores daily aggregate counters for allowed events and calculator identifiers. No user ID, individual event record, financial amount, identity detail, URL query or raw search text is stored in those counters. Admins and invited investors can read aggregate activity charts. Counts are browser-reported activity, not verified unique people or audited figures. Google Analytics remains separately configurable and may process device and usage data under its own terms when enabled.
Your choices
Use Privacy choices in the footer to allow or decline analytics. The choice is saved in your browser under randmath-consent-v1. It contains no financial inputs. Declining prevents future application analytics events; requests already sent cannot be withdrawn. AdSense connection code is installed on public pages and may make requests to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address. It is excluded from sign-in and account dashboards. Ads are subject to Google approval and consent requirements.
Privacy requests and operator contact
RandMath is the publisher of this website. Use Contact & corrections for access, correction, deletion or other personal-information requests. Include the email associated with your account where relevant, but do not send a password or identity number. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account before releasing or changing personal information. Operator information can be requested through the same channel.
